Telecom consists Calls Endpoint

ServiceTitan customers who have their phones integrated with ServiceTitan’s software have a record of each inbound and outbound call made through the platform. 

Terms to know:

Campaign—Phone numbers can be associated with different marketing campaigns. When looking at an individual call, users can see which campaign led to the inbound call.

Direction—Indicates if the call is an inbound or outbound call.

Agent—The employee tied to the call.

Customer—The customer who called in. Identified by their customer profile on ServiceTitan. 

High level use cases for these APIs:

  • Get information about call details 

  • Access call recordings outside of ServiceTitan

  • Update existing call records
