Task Management consists of Task management Data, Tasks endpoints.
Task Management is a productivity tool available to ServiceTitan office users. It helps customers prioritize and assign work to the right team members, and ensure work is completed according to set timelines. Task management can be used to track a variety of different action items from managing customer issues, ordering parts, coordinating new equipment installs, and so on.
Terms to know:
Task Sources - Used to indicate where a task originated from (ex. Customer email or phone call, etc.). These can be configured by ServiceTitan customers.
Task Types - Used to classify different tasks (ex. Customer Complaint, Parts order, etc.). These can be configured by ServiceTitan customers.
Task Resolutions - Used to classify how a task was resolved (Refund issued, request completed, etc.). These can be configured by ServiceTitan customers.
